return to your inner child

  • Breakfast by our private chef and functional nutritionist. Nourishing, flavor-packed, and possibly life-changing. No trays, no hairnets.

  • Daily movement class with Keighty. We start the day returning to our childlike selve . All levels, no judgment, lots of laughs.

  • Your “activity block” for the day. Could be creative, could be restorative, could involve a glue stick… we’ll never tell until you get there.

  • Private chef and functional nutritionist crafted lunch, followed by sanctioned loafing: hammock naps, dock dangling, or disappearing with a book.

  • Massage appointments, one-on-one time with facilitators, self-guided creative projects, or simply doing nothing. (Doing nothing counts as an activity here.)

  • Happy hour, camp style. Snacks, mocktails, and catching up with your cabin mates. (alcohol free experience).

  • We gather dressed to celebrate, sharing one long, unbroken table of food, stories, and connection. Like camp, but better tasting!

  • End the day with a return to our inner child. Games, group reflection, a nightcap (tea or mocktails!), and time under the stars. Themed games, fireside chats, and pure joy!

  • Head to your rooms, sink into your luxe bedding, and drift off knowing tomorrow’s another day you don’t have to plan a thing.

ACCOMODATION

Emerald Bay Retreat

Tucked into the trees on Lake Arrowhead, this modern mountain retreat is where luxury meets camp nostalgia. With soaring ceilings, cozy fireplaces, and a design-forward bunk room that feels like summer camp grew up and got cool, it’s the perfect backdrop for three nights of laughter, connection, and creative play.

Every guest will have a warm, welcoming bed, shared spaces that are bathed in natural light, and plenty of room to gather or sneak away with your journal and a cup of tea. Three spacious decks, and a huge shared dock for floating, splashing, and sun-soaking.

It’s a place where time slows down, inspiration flows easily, and friendships get sparked like kindling.

  • 3 nights at Emerald Bay Retreat, a luxury home located on Lake Arrowhead, tucked into the San Bernardino Mountains.

Very much not a cabin you stayed in at 14.

  • A one hour call with Emily prior to the trip. This creates a chance for her to get to know you better and curate the best camp experience for you and the other campers. You’ll receive a full plan and itinerary before you depart.

  • A unique plan just for you! You’ll feel like your organized best friend planned your camp experience. Each detail screams, “You Know Me!”

  • Forget campfire beans and mystery meat, our “camp cook” is a private chef and functional nutritionist who designs every menu to be as nourishing as it is delicious. You’ll enjoy three chef-prepared meals a day, crafted with premium ingredients and tailored to fuel your body for both adventure and rest. Snacks and n/a drinks are available anytime you wander in from the day’s activities.

Think of it as an open canteen, but with far better options.

    This experience is alcohol free.

  • A dedicated hour(s) each day for body and mind: think massage, movement with a certified trainer, breath-work, or other restorative practices. Your 60-minute massage is already on the schedule.

  • Grown-up camp crafts, camp games, and camp mischief. This part of the day will be hands-on, engaging, and often a little unexpected. Each session is designed to spark playful energy and a return to your inner rhythm.

  • Handpicked items just for you to enjoy on your trip and to take home. Less “camp tee you’ll never wear,” more beautiful, useful things you’ll want to pack for every future trip.

Camp Return reclaims that childhood camp energy: the freedom, the fun, the friendships, and brings it into an adult body, an adult heart, and an adult life. But the childhood spark? Still the same.

Every moment here is designed to help you return to your own rhythm.

Why Adult Camp?

Freedom From Routine

No bosses, no chores, no performance evaluations, just a return to what fills you up.

A return to freedom.

Belonging

Being part of a cabin, a team, or a group of women who "got" you.

A return to community.

A Sense of Adventure

New places, new people, dreaming in bunk-beds, trying things for the first time.

A return to adventure.

Transformation

You’ll go home changed, more confident, more connected, more yourself.

A return to you.

FAQs

  • Because your inner child needs to!

Because adult life can be lonely, and you’re ready for connection that’s real, warm, and full of magic (not small talk).

Because somewhere between deadlines, dishes, and doing-it-all, you forgot what it feels like to belly laugh, stay up too late with new friends, or feel proud of something you made with your own two hands.

Because you miss the feeling of being part of a team. Of having inside jokes. Of learning something weird and new just because it sounded fun.

Because you want to unplug from the noise and plug back into you, in a space where creativity, joy, and care are built into every moment.

  • It’s not a silent retreat, a juice cleanse, an influencer trip, a weekend bender, or a bootcamp. No one’s waking you up at sunrise to do cold plunges, or making you take shots until the sun comes up. This isn’t a weekend long photo opt. This isn’t about rigid schedules or becoming a “better” version of yourself. It’s about disconnecting from the busy, and returning to who you already are through play, art, food, and connection with other women.

  • Every type of person! People who are curious, kind, creative, and craving connection. You don’t have to be “a certain type” to belong here, just come as you are.

  • Only if your definition of wellness includes pasta, honest conversations, dance parties, and spontaneous bursts of creativity. We lean more toward nourishment than strict routines.

  • Comfy clothes, swimsuits, something you love to dress up in for dinner, a journal if you’re into that, and an open heart. (We’ll send a full packing list after you register!)

  • Absolutely. Lots of people come solo, and they leave with new friends. Just like childhood camp! We’re really good at making it easy to connect.

  • Yes. And here’s why:

You’re not just booking a bed, you’re signing up for three days of grown-up camp: the kind with luxury bedding, mountain air, and zero cafeteria food.

You’ll eat three meals a day that feel like a love letter, prepared by a private chef and functional nutritionist.
    You’ll stay in a design-forward mountain home.
You’ll get a 60-minute massage, daily movement with a certified trainer, holistic practices, and a curated gift set you’ll actually use.
You’ll have a daily program, part structure, part choose your own adventure , with moments you’ll be talking about for years.

This isn’t a hotel stay. It’s intentional space held by people who have poured time, care, and magic into every single detail, so all you have to do is arrive and let it happen.

And let’s be honest: you’ve spent more on a weekend that left you tired and wondering why you went. This one? It’s the trip you’ll measure other weekends against.

  • Life happens. We’ll include full cancellation details in the registration page, but feel free to email us with any specific questions.

This isn’t a retreat from real life-it’s a return to what matters.
